Returns, Exchanges, and Order Problems

Because personalized and made-to-order products cannot normally be resold, customized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order because of our error.

Problems must be reported within seven calendar days of delivery at info@legacyskatetowels.com. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Normal wear, incorrect customer-provided information, approved spelling or design choices, improper washing, misuse, and reasonable color or placement variations are not considered defects.

Unused, non-customized accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Currently, we are hand-delivering orders to the following Illinois rink locations. Please specify in your comments or email us at info@legacyskatetowels.com regarding which rink you will like us to drop your order off:

• Some images with black print or embroidery will be changed to white on Black towels.

• Choose print color to replace color in images where there are more colors other than black (e.g., red can be change to blue).

• "Why Walk" towel colors cannot be changed.

• Embroidered towel designs are up to 3.95 x 3.95 inches.

• Vinyl towel designs are up to 5 x 7 inches.

• Face Towels are 13 x 13 inches.
