Chicago Fire - Personalized

Returns, Exchanges, and Order Problems

Because personalized and made-to-order products cannot normally be resold, customized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order because of our error.

Problems must be reported within seven calendar days of delivery at info@legacyskatetowels.com. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Normal wear, incorrect customer-provided information, approved spelling or design choices, improper washing, misuse, and reasonable color or placement variations are not considered defects.

Unused, non-customized accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Currently, we are hand-delivering orders to the following Illinois rink locations. Please choose the rink you would like your towel(s) dropped off during adult night skate sessions when selecting your delivery method during checkout.
